Swim Accomplishments

Freshman Year: At the 2010 NCAA Championships, Jack earned All- American Honors in the 200 Freestyle Relay. The relay (Montgomery, Burgeson, Hessburg, Baugh) finished 14th. Jack also earned All-American Academic Honors.

Prep: Jack joined the Saint Louis Park High School swim team his junior year. He was a letter winner two years and contributed to two consecutive undefeated seasons and conference championships. He holds the 200 Medley, 200 Freestyle, and 400 freestyle records at Saint Louis Park. Jack made it to the State Championship meet his senior year in the 50 freestyle and placed 14th with a time of 22.17, earning an All-State honorable mention award. He was voted most improved his junior year, and served as team captain durring his senior year.

Outside the Pool:

Jack is a member of the Science Research Fellows Program. He enjoys golf, baseball, and wakeboarding in the summer, and he snowboards in the winter if his swimming schedule permits.
